Shipping & Tracking

We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code during checkout to confirm whether delivery is available at your location.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 4-6 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 7–9 business days, depending on the destination, courier availability and local service conditions.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control.

At Zhatak, we create garments in limited quantities instead of producing them in bulk. Your piece is prepared after you place your order, allowing us to focus on its quality, finishing and overall fit.

This process may take a little longer than conventional ready-stock delivery, but it helps us avoid overproduction, reduce excess inventory and minimise fashion waste.

There are no shipping charges for prepaid order. In case of COD orders, applicable shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Orders are shipped through courier partners available viaShiprocket. The courier partner is selected based on serviceability, delivery location and operational availability.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link and shipment details by email, SMS or WhatsApp on the contact information provided while placing the order.

You can use this link to follow the latest status of your shipment.

Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after dispatch. Occasionally, courier scans may also be delayed while the shipment is in transit.

If there is no update for an extended period, contact us at hellozhatak@gmail.com with your order number.

Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. We may be able to update it before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible and will depend on the courier partner’s approval and serviceability.

The courier partner may make another delivery attempt or contact you for further instructions. Please ensure that the phone number and delivery address provided at checkout are complete and accurate.

If the shipment is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an unreachable customer or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Check the tracking link for the latest shipment update. If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery period, contact us at hellozhatak@gmail.com with your order number.

We will coordinate with Shiprocket and the assigned courier partner to investigate the delay.

If you are unable to locate the order despite it showing being delivered, contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification so that we can raise the matter with the courier partner.

Please do not accept a package that appears visibly opened, severely damaged or tampered with.

If you receive a damaged package, take clear photographs and record an unboxing video before opening it. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hellozhatak@gmail.com, mentioning your order number and sharing the supporting images or video.

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
