Returns & Exchange

At Zhatak, we create garments in limited quantities instead of producing them in bulk. Your piece is prepared after you place your order, allowing us to focus on its quality, finishing and overall fit.

This process may take a little longer than conventional ready-stock delivery, but it helps us avoid overproduction, reduce excess inventory and minimise fashion waste.

Thank you for being patient while we get your Zhatak piece ready—bold, thoughtfully crafted, and worth the wait.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the garment meets our eligibility conditions.

We also have a reverse pick-up facility for select pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick-up policy, you will have to self-ship the product(s).

The garment must be:

• Unworn, unwashed and unused
• Returned with all original tags and labels attached
• Free from stains, odour, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair or damage

Zhatak reserves the right to reject items that do not meet these conditions.

Visit the return section on our order-tracking page and submit your request within 30 days of delivery.

Once we review and approve your request, a reverse pickup will be scheduled at the original delivery address, subject to service availability. Please keep the garment unused, with all original tags and labels attached, and securely packed for pickup. For assistance, contact us at hellozhatak@gmail.com.

Yes. Size exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to the requested size being in stock and the garment meeting our return conditions.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and share your order number along with clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund at no additional cost to you.

Once we receive the returned garment, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.
